Type 500 Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Basco Type 500. A rugged pre-engineered straight or U-tube, welded, fixed bundle design from 3" to 12" diameter.

Ketema - Whitlock. Type HT Series. A rugged pre-engineered straight or U-tube design, using cast hub shell construction and fixed bundles from 2" to 12" diameter.


Type OP. A pre-engineered removable bundle exchanger in 3" to 42" diameter.

PLAC. Standardized design pipeline aftercooler in 3" to 16" diameter available with an attached moisture separator.

Custom Engineered Products. Heat Exchangers specifically designed to meet customer applications. Can incorporate any of the Type classifications listed by TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association).

	Type ES. Extended surface, plate fin exchangers for high volume gas cooling service.

Surface Condenser. Fixed tube bundle, expansion diaphram design for steam condensing service. Available with complete accessory package.
