API Heat Transfer is the largest industrial heat transfer equipment manufacturer in the USA.  It is comprised of two production facilities making a variety of heat transfer designs.  Air cooled aluminum heat exchangers are manufactured at the API Airtech facility in Arcade, NY.  These plate and bar designs are primarily directed to the compressor and engine markets with some unique, special combination modules for refrigeration and air dryer services.  The API Basco plant in Buffalo, NY produces a full range of shell and tube exchanger types from standard fixed tube bundle, units to plate fin designs and large surface condensers.  Ketema-Whitlock products are also manufactured including fixed bundle hub designs with non-ferrous and 316 stainless steel options.  API Schmidt-Bretten uses plate heat transfer technology to manufacture bolted, brazed and welded, high efficiency units at its Arcade, NY plant.
