RUBBER JOINTS

Absorb movements due to pipe expansion and contraction.

Insulate against the transfer of noise and vibration.

Compensate for pipe misalignment.

Available in taper and offset configurations or sleeve and rectangular designs.

No electrolysis action.

Resist corrosion.

Easy to install.

Small space requirements.

Standard designs to 144" diameter, 250 psig and 500º F.

METAL BELLOWS JOINTS

Full service engineering capability for stainless steel, monel,
inconel, hastalloy, etc.
Meet or exceed Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association design recommendations.
Standard designs to 144" diameter.
Internal liners, tie bars, protective covers and floating flanges available.
Pressures to 300 psig and temperature ratings to 1500º F.
Externally pressurized and pressure balanced designs can also be
provided.

TEFLON JOINTS

Teflon lined and reinforced rubber type elastomeric joints are available in sizes to 96" with ratings to 225 psig and 400º F. Multi-layer reinforced body provides high burst strength with corrosion protection.
Teflon lined metal bellows joints can be produced to 48" diameter, 300 psig and 400º F.
Straight and flexible rubber hose is also manufactured with Teflon lining for pump connection, vibration isolation and noise insulation applications.

HIGH TEMPERATURE FLUE DUCT JOINTS

Available in "U", belt, square, round or rectangular configurations.
More movement in a shorter space than metal joints.
Less reaction force for pipe movement.
No vibration fatigue or high cycling failure.
Light weight and easy to install.
A wide range of composite materials available to meet temperature and corrosion resistance requirements.
Temperature capabilities to 2000º F.
Baffle and insulation pillow designs available.

METAL HOSE PRODUCTS

Flexible corrugated hose with external braiding for high pressure capability.
Flanged, threaded, weld and union ends available.
Tin-bronze designs for water pump connectors.
